Sirena Dechert, Allied ASID INTERIOR DESIGNER
As Divco’s in-house Interior Designer, Sirena helps our clients navigate the next steps in the design process. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Seminole State College of Florida and the experience of working in luxury interiors since 2013, she can guide you through the process of material and product selections. With a driving focus on client satisfaction, Sirena is determined to create timeless spaces that capture your unique style.

This service is ideal for those who are looking to furnish their entire home or wish to furnish several rooms within their home. We will select furnishings artwork, rugs, window coverings and décor to bring your space to life. We want your space to be a reflection of you.

Consultation
A consultation is the first step in the process to understand your project and what you’re looking to achieve in your space. We ask that you send photos of rooms or design elements that you like and don’t like so we have a full understanding of your design style. We have a brief questionnaire that we will go through together to establish budget, timeline, and to see what type of furnishings, patterns and colors you are drawn to.
Design
During the design phase, we will develop a detailed furniture plan and put together a presentation with different options for each room based on what we previously discussed. We like to present each room designed in its entirety; it allows you to visualize what each finished space will look like. The presentation will include a color scheme, furnishings, and material review.
Procurement
Once all selections have been approved, we will prepare a proposal for your review and signature. Ordering, receiving and tracking of each piece will be monitored until the time of installation. All items are shipped directly to our local warehouse and inspected prior to installation.
Installation
This is when the vision comes to life! On installation day, it usually takes 1-2 days to make sure everything is in its correct place. We coordinate and manage the installation of all procured items. Shortly after the installation is complete, we will bring you in for the reveal!
